Designed with an annual output of 2 million tons of high-quality basalt aggregates, the project mainly produces high-end building materials including highway and railway ballast, concrete crushed stone, earth-rock materials and basalt rock wool raw materials. Primary Crushing: One deep-chamber jaw crusher is deployed. Featuring a dead-space-free crushing cavity, it delivers large feed capacity and high material throughput. It efficiently handles primary crushing of large lumpy basalt ore. Secondary Crushing: Two spring cone crushers are installed. Screening: The system adopts a multi-stage screening combination consisting of one circular vibrating screen and three double-shaft vibrating screens.
