Living up to trust │ East Hope Group repurchases Sanming Heavy Industry's VCX ultra-fine sand making machine for three times

Introduction: In December 2024, East Hope Group's Chongqing Fengdu Phase I sand making building issued a bidding announcement for technical renovation. Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry emerged with its superior performance advantage of the VCX ultra-fine sand making machine, replacing one vertical shaft impact crusher and one roller mill with one VCX ultra-fine sand making machine. In July 2025, the company's Phase III sand making building underwent another technical renovation, and Sanming Heavy Industry's VCX ultra-fine sand making machine successfully replaced two of the six sand making machines in the building, achieving a repeat purchase of VCX ultra-fine sand making machines.

Recently, in the technical renovation project of the sand making building in the third phase of Chongqing Fengdu, East Hope Group once again purchased two VCX ultra-fine sand making machines from Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry to replace two of the six sand making main machines. Currently, four of the six sand making main machines in the sand making building have adopted the VCX ultra-fine sand making machines from Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, achieving three repurchases of products.

• High productivity and low energy consumption: Single motor operation, integrated motor design, compared to traditional sand making main machines, energy-saving motors consume 50% less energy, saving millions of electricity bills per year for a single device. Moreover, the sand making efficiency is greatly improved, and the output is increased by 20t/h on the original basis
•Efficient powder reduction: Adopting a five-stage crushing chamber design with adjustable crushing chamber gaps, it achieves a precise powder reduction of 10 percentage points compared to traditional sand making main machines, successfully reducing stone powder by 5% on the original basis.
•High finished product quality: The finished sand produced by the VCX ultra-fine sand making machine has good particle shape, with a circularity greater than 0.82, and excellent continuous grading, meeting the material standard for medium sand in Zone 2.
